Re: Bright-Oak
Yes we reclaimed the Mattie McDonnell Cup Sir James. Also Pairc Tailteann bound on Thursday......Tones against Sheridanstown!!!!!
And member how she used to lose the head if you said anything bad about Derry, it could be as clear as daylight that you were trying to wind her up but her passion would get the better of her every time!!! It used to be so cute!
Should Oaksy be the first inductee into the GT Hall of Fame??????

Re: Bright-Oak
She was on lots of times yesterday but alas - like many on here - seems to have developed typers cramp - or whatever the web equivalent of cat getting your tongue is ....
Shame to see the site so quiet when there is so much to talk about ....

Jayo, don't be so harsh on Oaksy, perhaps there's a reason she's not posting.
Should she be the inaugural inductee into the GT Hall of Fame or what?

Re: Bright-Oak
Yes and we shall retire her jersey number. And then we shall give out the prize for best post of the week as the Bright Oak Weekly Earned Literary Scribe (BOWELS) - there will be a one in three chance of winning this ...

Re: Bright-Oak
An excellent source in Derry has confirmed to me that Bright Oak is 'tired and emotional' after a tumultuos year posting on GT and fending off the advances of all the sick and depraved male posters who are on it(one in particular was known to really give her creeps) and thus, she will be taking an extended break at this time.
I will keep y'all posted on any further developments

Who is the creep who voted No in the poll?????????
Forum would be a far greater place without them I'd imagine.

Re: Bright-Oak
Yep! Forum is minus-crack without Oaksy! Or as she might say herself, its wile boring! Does anybody even know what that means? I don't but its so cool!
I also note we've another traitor within our ranks as a second person has voted No in the poll. What losers those two people are! I'm still the only person to have voted Yes.......Can moderators find out who voted what in polls?
