That's a 19 day absense.
Not like RMD.

Re: Where is RMDrive?
And no posts from Patrique since 15th August.
Shame, as it's isn't as though the forum can afford to lose their likes.
On RMD, that was the night before the Donegal/Dublin game. Hounded off by the aggression of Dublin posters towards his beloved Donegal? Old friends to the fore? Et tu, Jayo? ....

Re: Where is RMDrive?
As far as I recall TC, RMD posted nothing regarding the Donegal team after the Ulster final. I'm fairly sure he has not posted any GAA comments since (at least) after and including the Donegal Kilare game. Most strange.

Re: Where is RMDrive?
True Jayo. In fairness, there is a touch of the Ciaran Whelans about RMD - at times the outstanding and dominant figure on view, but with a tendency to go missing for long periods. There was a long sabbatical last year too, if I recall correctly.
Hope there is nothing more to it, with both RMD or Pat. Would be good to see them both back.

RMDrive and Patrique would be big losses to the forum. There's a few past posters whom it would be good to see back.

Re: Where is RMDrive?
RMD chief architecht of Donegal pre-season undercover bootcamp - 2012 plans are to ensure no more of the pretty, fanciful, lady-boy tactics - Much more cynical approach being adopted for 2012.
RMD has them down in westport practicing handpassing formations whilst running up and down Croagh Patrick

Patrique has visited elsewhere so he's still to the good.. The hip must be causing him issues though.

apologies for my absence Boxty - though it is slightly disturbing that you seem to be the only one who noticed me gone!!!!!!
My enforced sabbatical was due to a leg infection (possibly caused by a spill of the bike) which required a few weeks in hospital to try and clear up. Unfortunately it has now developed into a leg ulcer which is a nasty piece of work and is going to take months to clear up.
Although i am at home all day my levels of interest in all things computers/internet are at an all time low!!!
I do notice we have had a visit from the poster formerly known as Bright Oak, should keep Loyal happy for a while

Re: Where is RMDrive?
Bocerty - I think "Salt & Vinegar" might have her account status as hidden, which is only visible to moderators. I noted her on-line several times during my time as moderator anyway.
With RMDrive's continued absense, and Jayo Cluxton's impending departure, as well as reduced postings from yourself and Patrique, it might help the forum if "Salt & Vinegar" made some kind of return. Although maybe there is a reason for logging on but not posting.

I assume you've seen the movie Titanic.....This was the internet forum version. I can still feel a tear bubbling after all this time...
Many of the regular posters here tried manfully to broker a solution a'la George Mitchell in the peace process, but in the end Bright Oak proved as intransigent as Maggie Thatcher....
Harrowing, particularly the night of the quiz in Chatbox...
I suppose the bunch of flowers escapade tore the hole out of altogether, particularly when they appeared to be from a graveyard near Bellaghy...
