Un-sung heroes....
I'll start:
John Galvin (Limerick). The epitomy of a thoroughbred, athletic, skillful and committed. Up there with the best of them in his pomp.

Good shout....
Kevin Walshe (Galway). A dominant, in-defatigable, rallying figure-head. Joyce, Fallon or Donnellan were nothing without his large presence.

Paddy Mcgrath
Doesn't tend to get past the 45 like lacey,Thompson, Neil Mcgee or McGlynn
Doesn't do as much snarling as the McGees
Doesn't have the Liam Mchale tan of Mcglynn or Lacey
But doesn't do much wrong either

Re: Un-sung heroes....
Kevin Walsh? Unsung? A man who came close to making the GlobalGAA team of the last 25 years, and has 2 AI winning medals and 3 (three!) all-stars?
And Paddy McGrath, already with 3 Celtic Crosses and an AI medal at home. Paddy McGrath is a good player, but the reason that he doesn't get as much praise as the likes of Lacey or Neil McGee is simply because he isn't as important as either of them.
John Galvin I'll allow.
