Apology

I will take it upon myself to apologise on behalf of the people of Clare to the rest of the country for Marty Morrissey. He is an embarrassment to The Banner and doesn't even have a face for radio, let alone the TV! The sooner RTE give him the P45 the better.

If you have an observation about his delivery, his knowledge of the sport, his objectivity, his ability to entertain his audience or otherwise well that is fair enough.
Don't see why he needs to be ridiculed based on his appearance

Oh, I wish his appearance was the worst thing about him.

His rubbish commentary, outrageously terrible MCing job in Limerick a few months ago and his poor interviewing skills are the main problems that I have with him.

I have never claimed to be perfect but for God's Sake Marty Morrissey is ridiculously bad. I'm not looking for perfection...which is just as well because he is TERRIBLE. Much prefer the likes of MOM and even Tracey Piggott...

Yerrah, Marty is an alright kind of guy. He gets the oul' metaphors mixed up now and again, can be overly enthusiastic at times and maybe gets a name or two wrong once in a while, but Hey! he's almost one of our own at this stage (Born in the USA I think).....
