You're probably getting a bug, ya poor thingĂn. Go to the doctor and he/she might put you on antibiotics. Drink plenty of fluids even though you mightn't want too, you'll get dehydrated! Do you have a headache?

Keep away from the hard hairbands-they have caused so many headaches for me! Orlaith, you need to drink plenty of water especially as you have been running! You'll get dehydrated very fast. The fact that you haven't been drinking a lot may be contributing to your loss of appetite and you can become lethargic easily. Go drink now(non-alcoholic beverages of course! ) And try and get some food down ya, soft toast is a good, neutral food, with carbs for energy!
