G'wan Pukey, inform the forum of Lohan's recent misfortunes...You can I'm sure you copy/drag it to here.
A tale so heart warming and pathos laden, a tear comes to my eye every time I think of poor oul' Lohan.....

Puke (hate calling you that!) - we 'mind' a cocker here a couple of times a year - an absolute gem of a dog. Am between homes for a while now but may pick up a dog when the reoccupation happens. Is Lohan 'papered' etc. Where would I be best looking.

He has papers alright, he is a purebreed, the poor lad lost one of his eyes there last August when we were out in the woods and him being of a friendly nature decided to go over to what he thought was a kitten and turned out to be a pinemartin who took the eye out of him, the bollix......
Donedeal is a great site for dogs if you are looking to buy....A Cavalier Spaniel are a lovely friendly dog as well and a good bit smalller if you haven't a big yard

TP - tbh the bro had a spaniel a few years back and it was daft as a brush. Is there is something about the close breeding lines that means a fair bit of madness?? The one we mind is a diamond - she'd talk to ya!
Incidentally I had a cat as a kid - not mad about them at all now - and a magpie took her eye out!

Aye, she seems to be a class act. There's a little pocket of badminton in Raphoe generally. Don't know why. Rua?

Yeah never worked out why - Bowls and hockey are popular but I always thought it was the good land, never worked out the badminton thing, maybe its because the more coastal areas don't suit due to the wind.
I can remember playing schools soccer against the Tech over there but never played much sport versus the college.

Re: Hobbies (outside sport)
Train gundogs in the spare time, springers cockers and the odd lab. Any decent ones get entered into trials the rest get sold to lads who just want a decent hunting dog. Technically not a sport as the dogs do all the work!!! Looking to move into training greyhounds for racing when i get more time/money.
Massively into music (not illegal downloading like SamiP) and will travel all over the UK to see i decent band, lucky to live close to 2 great cities that between them get all the big bands. Poor auld Mrs Eagle has to put up with some weird music i can tell ye!!
That's about it outside the GAA. On the plus side, quite literally just been told that i can play again after meeting with the consultant who rebuilt my knee. Well chuffed, only problem is there's no hurling over here where i'm at!
