Disgraceful - shopping on Stephens Day Empty Disgraceful - shopping on Stephens Day

I think its shocking to hear that shops are to open on St Stephens Day. Nothing is sacred anymore. I might be a bit of a shopaholic but by God you won't find me rooting for bargains on the 26th. I will be out with the wren boys.

Can we not just leave a couple of days with no shopping. Has the Celtic tiger taught us nothing. We have become such a greedy and material people. Its all about money. It has what has us where we are and its not a good place to be. And what about the poor people that have to work in the shops. Imagine telling your childer on Christmas Day that you have to go to work the next day.

I'll say a prayer for them all.

I feel sorry for the people who are actually sad enough to get up and go shopping on the 26th to be honest KK. They must have very sad and boring lives to have nothing better to do (or not do as the case usually is) than go to the shops on the 26th. Have they not just got a load of new stuff the day before?! Not necessarily great stuff but new all the same Laughing

shocking isn't it Sad
