Re: Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs on brown toast would not be bad for you once you do not use too much butter or put too much salt on it. Eggs are grand for you but no more than one a day, but it would be ok if you had none one day and then two the next. Eggs in general aren't too bad for you. They are high in protein, contain vitamins A which helps your eyesight, healthy lining of nose, mouth and throat and they also help with growth. D for healthy bones and teeth, and B for a healthy nervous system. Eggs are made of 73% water. There is saturated fat in them though and should only be eaten in small amounts if you suffer from high cholesterol. Brown bread is very good for you as it is full of fibre which helps the digestion of food.
