Re: In Focus...Discussion Thread
Cheers lads, great feedback so far. Would love to get a hurler involved this season with the possibility of a Camog or a Ladies footballer too!
Par, would you have an, or know someone with email address for Giller? I'd soon ask him if i had one for him! I am really surprised too that we don't get any new members either, I would love a bit of feedback from the masses that read the articles as i feel it would make it more worthwhile!
Any other ideas folks? What do the rest of you think we should try, similarly what didn't work for you last year?

Ha ha, don't worry TC, that won't be in the near future, only when the member base reflects it! Any ideas on improvements?

Phew, I was worried that the whole show was about to go rapidly downhill there!
As for improvements, no, genuinely. I think the number of questions is usually just about right, and they are generally quite intelligent too. This gives rise to the excellent responses that we've had to date. These are 'thinking man's' interviews, and they could soon be something that top stars are keen to do, rather than something they have to be asked to do. The interviews with Ward, Jordan and Clerkin were better than any i've seen with any GAA stars anywhere.

Not sexist at all. Just that women's football and camogie are an affront to 2 things that I admire greatly - sport and femininity!

I plan on keeping the same format, having clubs & GAA bodies as subjects. If you have any ideas of ways you feel the section could be improved then please post them here.
my potential subject has never responded to my initial approach, could try again but i think it will all be in vain!!!!!

Noel McGinn would be a very interesting one, Boc. Played in an AI Final, successful club manager, radio analyst and now main man behind Teamtalkmag (Tyrone's online GAA magazine).

Would be a bit of publicity for his own site also. See what the gaffer (BE) thinks, but I think he'd be a good interviewee. Always very forthright in his views as well.

I would've thought Cavan men were very appreciative of MH's support?!?!

The views on this topic would vary by region
The poll would differ if you took it in Virginia (where the result might be similiar to a a poll anywhere in Leinster) or Ballyconnell (where the result might be similar to south Fermanagh).

Re: In Focus...Discussion Thread
Chaps, just to let you all know that i will not be seeking any subjects for any further Q&As, this is down to the last 2 player subjects not replying at all to the questions. I am disappointed that it will not continue as i enjoyed doing it but the time & effort being put in for no return made in no longer viable for me. Reason i mention it now is i am getting a few queries regarding the feature on tweet tweet land.

A shame indeed, as there were some great Q&As. Well done on all the hard work that was put into it anyway, BE.
