Alex Ferguson in one word
Given that he's set to collect a lifetime achievement award at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year, and considering that he wouldn't utter even a grunt to said organisation for 7 years, is there a better word to describe Alex Ferguson than 'Shameless'?

(I could also borrow a shorter word from Puke which would be equally applicable but, in this instance, 'shameless' fits the bill)

Re: Alex Ferguson in one word
An opportune moment for this one TC (You're the master of opportunistic moments).
A grandchild of ours was all of 7 today and the matching Grandad is a big Manyoo fan, so a bit of discussion evolved between us all. Our lads are all Anfield Road fans and being careful, where there are conflicting opinions at a birthday party, the casting vote fell to Boxty.
After much thought, in the light of his various achievements/managerial decisions/upbringing and his clash with Magnier/McManus syndicate, I deemed him an ego-maniac.
In the light of your thread though, I think the applicable word might be Bully.....

And equally good word, Boxty. So we have 'Shameless' and 'Bully'. Any others out there?

Yes and in my view the crudest word in the English language, not one I like to use but on this occasion it is merited. He is a €&@t

I met the man once, he didn't bully me. Wasn't exactly a bully when he met Jonsmith. Do you want to change it to words that described him in a complete and absolute way?

No parameters set here, JS - all words welcomed. I'll let Boxty defend 'Bully', as it was his word.

He's a bully becaise he built his castle by terrorising his minions with his management style.
Anyone who showed any inclination to resist his policies/ideas were ushered out the door.
