Great article here, bringing back memories of a saga that showcased much of what Alex stood for: Greed, ingratitude and arrogance.

I'd read it earlier on TC and found it oddly amusing. Sralex might have been the top man at OT, but when it came to tangling with the real financial heavyweights he was out of his depth. Still a magnificent gesture by Magnier to gift him £2.5m. Good return for zero investment.

Where is economic guru OMAR when you need him to pull off these coups?

A reversal from the famous night in Istanbul (2005). A kind of "Crystanbul" experience if you like.

Moyes done well getting the sack at United in time for the Celtic job coming up! Imagine the free flowing attacking football at Parkhead if Moyes got the job and appointed Jim McGuinness as No. 2!

Word that Roy Keane is about to jump off the good ship Ireland (again) to join forces with JMcG at Celtic.
He's 1/8 with PP as of this morning (I visited to confirm balance courtesy of M/N/W punt)  Very Happy

This timeless clip came to mind....The use of the word belligerence is likely to become a byword there.
they'll be a fine pair no doubt.
