What is the purpose of this thread
If the objective is merely to quote articles published elsewhere in the media
should this not be on the newsfeeder with due credit given to the author.

Nothing really omar just a harmless thread with no bad intentions...Just thought maybe some guests might read some of the posts in it while there browsing the internet....You never know not all the posts are copied..

Re: Dublin GG News
Jaysus lads a Dub fan posts a thread about the county looking to attract news and gossip and some of ye get suspicious and humpy. There are members here who didn't even start a thread on their upcoming championship matches.
Great thread mullins - keep her lit!

Re: Dublin GG News
Said for ages that Alan needs a kick in the hole mullins. No harm to drop him - might concentrate his mind. Exactly what he needs is to use the grey matter a bit more and realise he is not the first name on the sheet - though his brother is!

No issue lads - If it stimulates debate well and good - clearly a misinterpretation of "house rules" on my behalf.

A kick in the hole or coaxed along.. Some players don't react well to a kick in the hole JC....We need scoring forwards and everyone pulling in the same direction..We won't know till we play wexford to see what way things are going in the camp....
But am i happy with Giller NO i hope he proves me wrong..

I think this will be the Dublin team to take on laois the only one carrying an injury is dotsie doesn't look a bad team on paper..Its time for these boys to put a marker down for the championship and dispose of laois with minimum fuss hope to god we don't become complacent ...With fallon on the bench its a good sign that the panel is getting stronger and tracey still to come back....Best of luck to all involved with the Dublin Hurling lets hope all goes well sunday.....

Re: Dublin GG News
Ronan Fallon has walked out on the Dublin hurling panel ...An all star nominee of late he will be a big lost to the panel....I think he had enough sitting on the bench on sunday getting no game time and watching forwards replacing backs.....Not a good sign of Dalys management to be losing a player of his calibre

Aye ... and then the GAA summer will truly commence! The gladiators will enter the ring - bringing with them the usual poise and panache .... and the expectant, loyal and knowledgeable cognoscenti! We have had the other skirmishes around the country - the empty grounds, the colourless football, the lack of passion, skill, sophistication and elan - the drudge ... the counties who just want to see the light blue enter the fray ... envious .. and full of admiration. For only when the Dubs commence the fray can the battle truly be deemed to have commenced - they know this - we know this. All eyes on Croker for the arrival of the Elite. Unfortunately people, you will have to sit through a very poor starter first ... like chicken wings before steak .... But the main course will come .. A veritable feast of entertainment - making your mouth water, your taste buds tingle ... and rest assured ... when all is done the (yellow) bellies will be stuffed!!
